All this with ZERO code

With the beacon gateway you write no code to scan, parse, perform logic, and publish data. Our system does this for you and provides an easy to use graphical configuration tool.

Do you have complex logic you want to run on the gateway?
  • Publishing the average temperature over the last 5 minutes?
  • Logging data to a persistent datastore?
  • Publishing a pressure reading on the third Tuesday of the month when the ambient temperature is above 70 degrees?
You get the idea, we make this easy.

We know what you're thinking. AWESOME! But now I'm stuck on your cloud right? No. Although that's the easiest way to get started, all the gateway configuration is available via a REST API, so you can write code to configure the gateway directly if you want.

Why did we build this?

We created this because we love Bill. Here is Bill's story. You can probably relate.
  1. Bill buys a Ruuvi Tag bluetooth beacon
  2. He gets data from it on his phone, bingo!
  3. Now he wants to get the data into his app on his server (to take over the world or something)
  4. Developing applications to run on phones is hard, and he is worried about maintaining a suite of phones.
  5. There must be a gateway kind of thing out there right? He finds a mixed bag of hardware and very little software or documentation.
  6. No problem, he'll build it himself. Bill buys an RPI 3, starts looking at tutorials, a few frustrating weeks later it's working. Now for packaging....
  7. Then Bill pauses. There has to be a better way? Right?
